ncurses5 libncurses5 One or more PGP signatures could not be verified

get https://aur.archlinux.org/cgit/aur.git/snapshot/ncurses5-compat-libs.tar.gz in your local, uncompress it and issue the following:
makepkg -rsi --skippgpcheck  PKGBUILD

The above command should compile, create and install ncurses5-compat-lib package.
